Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing assignments for overnight shifts across multiple client industries
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation during night hours
- Handle urgent staffing requests and client communications 24/7
- Monitor staffing KPIs and report operational metrics to day shift leadership
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing records
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for night shift candidates
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or operations coordination
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Experience with healthcare or industrial staffing preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
