Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards and output targets are consistently met.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless workflow transition and inventory accuracy.
- Complete daily production reports and log any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance, and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
