- Calibrate equipment and troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years clinical lab experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid Texas Medical Laboratory Technician license
- Certification from ASCP or AMT (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
