Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight shipments during overnight hours
- Manage warehouse inventory systems and resolve discrepancies
- Overnight dispatching of delivery routes and driver assignments
- Maintain compliance with DOT safety regulations
- Generate nightly operational reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement process improvements for overnight efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years logistics/warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
- Available for 12-hour overnight shifts (7PM-7AM)
