Responsibilities
- Perform general material handling, including loading, unloading, and staging of products.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for this entry-level role.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order accuracy.
- Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness.
