Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders in a warehouse setting.
- Operate industrial machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Assemble products according to blueprints and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and cargo using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
