Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update high volumes of data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Perform routine data cleansing, formatting, and file management tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in daily reports to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and data security regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
