Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company database.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support environments.
- Must be available to work Monday through Sunday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
