Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and accurately
- Perform quality control checks and document discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized work areas according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for equipment handling and hazardous materials
- Generate daily reports on inventory movement and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends required)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
