Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and quantum computing integration.
- Optimize Neural Pipelines: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance, latency, and throughput.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the company's transition to autonomous agents and smart infrastructure.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards and mentor junior developers on best practices for scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced security protocols to protect sensitive data in decentralized environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Kubernetes. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive solutions in uncharted territory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A growth mindset with a passion for emerging technologies like AR/VR, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
