Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate components according to strict quality standards and blueprints.
- Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Report production issues or material defects to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting parts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
