Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
