Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions tailored for our 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership and product managers to align technical strategies with future business goals.
- Design and implement secure, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP) capable of supporting advanced machine learning models.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Conduct rigorous performance optimization and system tuning to ensure low-latency AI inference.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our 2026 tech stack remains highly competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of backend system design.
- Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into production environments.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical realities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional technical teams.
