Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into scalable product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy bodies shaping 2026 tech landscapes
- Mentor futurists and innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial or social impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their 2026+ trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or rapid prototyping environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CFP) preferred
