As our innovation compass, you'll steer cross-disciplinary teams through uncharted territories, ensuring our technological evolution aligns with humanity's highest aspirations. You'll report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive innovations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for existential risks and breakthrough opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate an innovation pipeline aligned with UN SDGs and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor futurist apprentices in speculative design methodologies
- Secure partnerships with DARPA, EU Horizon, and academic innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years experience in tech innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI implications
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants
