Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry leaders
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable business roadmaps
- Oversee the Future Intelligence Lab, managing research on societal trends and technological convergence
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executives and technical teams
