Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Translate abstract research concepts into concrete technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of model efficiency, focusing on inference speed and reduced latency for edge computing devices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and UX designers to integrate AI seamlessly.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and determine their applicability to our core product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a specialized AI domain is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to advanced Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical strategy in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
