Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable microservices architecture specifically tailored for the 2026 product suite.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps, prioritizing features that drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce latency, improve throughput, and optimize cloud resource utilization for global deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and solve complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with proven experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Strong command of distributed systems, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
