Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Participate in 8-month rotational tracks across various engineering departments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing enterprise systems.
- Present project outcomes and key learnings to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
- Contribute to our inclusive engineering culture by participating in code reviews and tech talks.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a relentless growth mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
