Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning for future systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technologies.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures that leverage AI and edge computing capabilities.
- Technology Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready protocols, Synthetic Data) to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system performance, ensuring latency and throughput meet the high standards of future applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, blockchain integration, or advanced data privacy standards (e.g., Zero Trust Architecture).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive projects from concept to delivery.
