The Role:
As our Lead Architect, you will own the technical vision for the 2026 product line. You will design robust systems, mentor high-performing teams, and make critical architectural decisions that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Architect high-performance, secure, and fault-tolerant systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
