Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision and market trends

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to track progress against 2026 milestones
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor innovation champions across departments and foster organizational agility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven success in launching market-disrupting products with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) and their commercial applications
