Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 release cycle, aligning with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-velocity data.
- Predictive AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced machine learning models to enhance product intelligence.
- Cloud & DevOps Leadership: Oversee infrastructure migration to cloud-native environments and enforce best practices in CI/CD.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
