Responsibilities
- Define and implement the core technical architecture for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration and spatial computing.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to maintain system integrity.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentorship to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify potential risks in system design and propose mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML model integration.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable products to market on time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
