Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the long-term AI strategy roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with global business objectives.
- Define technical standards for machine learning models, data governance, and algorithmic ethics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Identify emerging AI trends (LLMs, Neural Networks, Quantum Computing) and evaluate their commercial viability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI systems in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
