Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the complete 2026 AI and Machine Learning technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance neural networks capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to innovate beyond current AI paradigms.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration) to enhance current AI capabilities.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and ethical AI governance.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems that scale to millions of users.
