Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 that will impact the enterprise by 2026.
- Strategic Innovation: Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies to determine their potential for integration into our product suite.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives and financial targets.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to benchmark our capabilities against industry leaders and anticipate market shifts.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead the launch of pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies, measuring ROI and scalability before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with a proven track record of leading major digital transformations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and translate high-level visions into concrete, actionable plans.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Certifications: Strategic planning or technology futurism certifications are a plus.
