Responsibilities
- Architect and design highly scalable, secure, and resilient AI/ML infrastructure for our 2026 product launches.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the long-term AI technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and enterprise security standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless model deployment.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems into modern, AI-driven microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and next-gen neural network architectures.
