- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders quarterly
- Build and mentor a 10-person innovation lab team
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Drive pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven success scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
