Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture roles.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
