Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and machine learning pipelines that can handle massive data loads.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Drive best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural decision-making sessions with stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, LLMs, and edge computing to integrate relevant advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
