Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the Project 2026 AI ecosystem.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI models.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in high-volume environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Track record of delivering high-impact AI products in production environments.
