You will be responsible for building the foundational systems that power our global intelligence networks. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural network infrastructures designed for the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of ML engineers, quantum researchers, and data scientists in an agile environment.
- Oversee the migration to decentralized AI models to ensure maximum scalability and resilience.
- Define technical standards for safety, ethics, and performance in emergent AI systems.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate strategic '2026' goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and System Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Expert knowledge in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures is highly preferred.
