Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures focused on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Model Performance: Drive efficiency improvements in inference speed and latency for production-grade models.
- Lead Technical Vision: Guide a team of top-tier AI researchers and engineers in defining the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, contributing to patentable innovations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust guardrails and safety mechanisms to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar orchestration tools.
- Model Training: Demonstrated success in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) on custom datasets.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, undefined problems with creative and scalable solutions.
