Your Mission
Lead the research and development of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. You will work directly with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI into our core products, ensuring performance, security, and user delight.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for large-scale generative models.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including multimodal learning and autonomous agents, specifically tailored for the 2026 vision.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and compliant with global regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define AI roadmaps and translate technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges in large distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
