- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen innovation portfolios

- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis in rapidly evolving tech sectors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Document future scenarios and disruption impact assessments
- Mentor junior talent in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating industry disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
