Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for next-gen Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D to explore quantum computing applications in cloud architecture.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a strong interest in emerging tech.
- Mastery of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
