Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems targeting the 2026 deployment horizon.
- Develop and optimize large-scale machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Perform system performance tuning and scalability testing for high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and deployment of production-grade models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
