- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and regulatory compliance
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology architecture, with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
