Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 technology foresight framework through market research, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for early tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical considerations affecting technological development
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends across quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainability domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published author or speaker at major technology conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
