Responsibilities
- Support UX research through user interviews and competitive analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Participate in agile sprint planning and design critique sessions
- Assist in A/B testing and usability testing execution
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ UX/UI projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
