Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and incidents in the Service Desk management system.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure seamless connectivity and system uptime.
- Perform routine software updates, patch management, and security scans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, IP addressing, and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
