Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal employees.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across the Active Directory environment.
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, laptops, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, solutions, and IT assets using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new staff regarding IT policies and tools.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
