Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) a plus
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
