- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives and market expansion
- Establish industry-first partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and scalable implementation
- Mentor internal talent and build external thought leadership through keynote presentations
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for breakthrough projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
