- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential growth opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Drive implementation of pilot projects in emerging technology domains
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching exponential technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio of published research or patents in future-tech domains
