Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels using scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and following all protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in maintaining accurate digital records of stock movement.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if outdoor duties are required.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
