Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming inventory with speed and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after brief training
- Pick and pack customer orders for same-day shipping
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
