Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production line tasks according to established safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read work orders or blueprints.
