Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, as required.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory and safety documentation.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
